Current Situation & Prospects: Sunday, May 18

Weather:
Overcast drizzly day with light winds.
The forecast band of rain is moving east across the catchment, but it is quite narrow & it looks as if the heavier rain is more north of the catchment.

Had a report from one of the upper beats at 09.50. Rain is only quite light so looks as if it won't have much effect on the river.

The depression settling over Ireland will have bands of rain circulating around with more likely for Tuesday. Winds will switch to the east in the second half of the week.

8 Day Magic Seaweed
