A one foot rise should encourage more fish to run!

Conditions
Again it’s a mild bright morning here today with air temperature  +2°C at 08.00 and there is little wind. High pressure will build again over Ireland from Monday for the week – which should remain dry.

Two bands of rain came across mainly the upper catchment yesterday
causing 2 peaks on the upper river at Millstreet.

The lower river rose 26cm & peaked at 04.00am today.
It has dropped a little but will rise again due to the second peak upriver.
Clarity is 1½-2 feet at Ballyduff.

Water temperature at Ballyduff: 8.2ºC / 46.8ºF @ 10.00.
Water temperature at Killavullen: 6.0ºC / 42.8F @ 10.00.
