Fourth Best Day of the Season – 13 fish caught!

Conditions.
The weather will stay dry for the last day of the season tomorrow. 

The upper river at Millstreet continues to drop steadily. 

The Killavullen gauge is also falling slowly & steadily to 1.27m at 20.00.  Clarity ~5 feet.


The Ballyduff gauge is down to 0.39 at 20.00. Clarity ~5 feet.

Water temperature at Ballyduff: 12.4ºC / 54.3ºF.

Catches.

Fourth Best day of the Season today with thirteen fish landed. Five came from the lower river & eight from the upper beats. The total for September is now 119 & 487 for the season to date.

Prospects.
The river conditions remain absolutely perfect & fish are coming on the take gradually. Tides are just past their peak & will be 4.1m tomorrow. Prospects of sport for the last day should be good.
