River conditions are perfect!




Hugh Hardyman caught a fresh 7 pounder on fly on Carrig



Mat Burbridge released a 9 pounder on spinner on Kilcanwy today 16th.


Conditions.
It was dry all day here today. The forecast is or rather broken weather through the week but with no significant bands of rain.

The upper river at Millstreet is still falling slowly & steadily.

The upper river at Killavullen is also falling steadily & is at 148m. Clarity improved to ~ 3-4 feet.


The lower river at Ballyduff is dropping steadily & is at 0.58m at 20.00.
Clarity is ~3-4 feet.

Water temperature at Ballyduff: 9.9ºC / 50.2ºF @ 19. 00 today 15th. & steady.

Prospects.
Both the upper & lower river were in good fly order today as the level is falling steadily & clarity improving.

Catches.
