A 4 foot (1.1m) flood just peaking at Ballyduff at 08.00 this morning!




Superb prospects for the coming week!

Conditions.
It was dry overnight & is a bright sunny morning here. Some moderate rain is forecast for Sunday night/Monday morning & possibly again on Wednesday night.
High pressure looks to be building once more towards the latter part of next week.


The upper river at Millstreet peaked at 18.00 – up 1.10m,
but is back down 0.80m by 06.30 today.


The upper river at Killavullen peaked at 01.00 this morning  at 2.97m & is falling fast.
Down to 2.60m at 06.30 & to 2.25m at 09.30 this morning.


The lower river at Ballyduff peaked at 08.00 today at 1.82m - up over 1.10m since yesterday. Already falling to 1.77m at 09.30.

Water temperature at Ballyduff: 9.9ºC / 50.2ºF @ 07.00 today.
Water temperature at Killavullen: 9.8 – 8.5 ºC / 49.6 – 47.3ºF.

Prospects.
The river is out of order completely today, but should be OK tomorrow
for spinning in the high water spots!
