Catches.
A number of fish were
met yesterday including a very fresh fish of about 15lb lost at the top of the
fishery & another about 10lb at Ballyhooly. A few fish seen moving as well,
so it has livened up a bit.
Prospects.
The
upper river is in reasonable fly order today. The lower river is getting rather
coloured – OK for spinning but not really fly-fishable.
The river should be in moderate fly order & good spinning order for tomorrow.
