Lower river is in fair fly order & now fining off ………..

The river below the Lodge at 08.30 today. Gauge height:  0.66m

Conditions.
It is a bright frosty morning this morning with the air temperature down to 0°C at 08.00. Today & tomorrow will be much milder due to south-westerly winds & the forecast is dry for today. The rest of the week will be mainly overcast with some occasional light rain probably heaviest tomorrow.
The upper river is dropping away steadily again from it last small peak
  at midnight last night.

The lower river held at 0.67m overnight but is starting to fall very slowly
from 07.00 this morning.

The clarity on the lower river this morning is 2½-3 feet at Ballyduff.

Water temperature at   Ballyduff: 8.2ºC / 46.8ºF @ 09.00.
Water temperature at Killavullen: 5.4ºC / 41.7F @ 09.00.

Prospects.
The river is in quite good fly order today & good spinning order.
It should continue to improve over the next couple of days.
