band of light rain (0.5mm) passed over the catchment during the night. It’s a
breezy sunny day here. Another (perhaps rather heavier) band is due in the
early hours of Sunday morning, & then there is high pressure building towards
the second half of next week with calm conditions & little wind.

Prospects.
Both the upper & lower river
are fly-fishable today. It will be excellent for spinning throughout as the
clarity is quite good.
